1st - Tanashka Mestermu Rufus (Quinn)
Well put together for a baby puppy, with correct level topline,
height to length ratio correct therefore well-balanced puppy, good head
with correct turn of stifle and well developed body. Good turn of
stifle. Moved well for a baby. |
| |
2nd
- Tanashka Mestermu Darius
(Quinn)
Similar type to my winner, slightly longer in back than I
would like; correct planes of the foreface and skull. Good
lay of shoulder, another well developed body. Did not move
as well as winner. |

1st - Gamecall Point Blank (Hine)
Correct type overall. Good head and foreface, ears well-set,
correct eye shape. Well laid shoulder, would like to see slightly
more laid back in the upper arm. Forelegs correct both from the
front and in profile. Good turn of stifle with level topline. |

Puppy in Show
Sound type, would like to see ears set
slightly higher and more refinement in the foreface. Angulation
fore and hind good, forelegs straight both in front and in profile,
hindquarters match the forequarters, moved with sufficient reach and
drive for a puppy. |

Very good type, well balanced with the correct
height to length ratio. Movement very good with excellent reach
and drive, maintaining a level topline on the move. Correct reach
of neck flowing into the topline. Would like to see the tail set a
little lower. Correct head and expression. |
2nd
- Hanafor Seintli Niles
(Butler)
The head and expression of this dog is not quite as good as
the winner. Even though he has very good turn of stifle
and good lay of shoulder he does not move with the same reach
and drive as my winner. I would also like him to move
slightly wider behind. Good level topline. |

Good type of dog. Head and foreface correct, but had
too much jowl for what is called for in the Standard.
Correct eye shape. Correct arch and length of neck to flow
into the level topline. Fore andhindquarters satisfactory
with correct lay of shoulder and length of upper arm, pasterns
good with correct light footed movement. |

1st - Ch Belabartok Always Jethro CD TD ET (Taylor)
Good type, well balanced with the correct height to length
ratio. Good skull and foreface, another dog that would be
improved with less jowl, not dry as the Standard describes.
Moved with correct reach and drive, correct topline on the move.
Chest down to elbows as required. |
| |
2nd
- Ch Palaway Metropolis
(Hanney)
Very good type, but let down in movement both going away and
coming towards, therefore did not have the reach and drive of
the winner. Also the skull and foreface in my opinion,
were not as good as the winner. Topline inclined to rise
just behind the wither especially when moving. |
| |
3rd -
Ch Kimlise Reilley Viane
(Jolly)
A dog much heavier overall than 1st and 2nd placegetters,
therefore lacked the overall elegance and nobility required by
the Standard. His movement was not as good as that of the
other placegetters. Skull and foreface was well-balanced,
good arch of neck. |

Dog Challenge
Excellent breed type with correct overall balance.
Excellent moving dog, going away, coming towards and in profile
and really covering the ground. Correct dry moderate
skull, which is slightly domed with moderate stop, blunt muzzle
and correct pigmentation. Both fore and hindquarters are
excellent maintaining a level topline at all times. |
|

2nd
- Ch Tanashka Magus Krakajak (Quinn
Reserve Dog Challenge
Another excellent type with correct overall balance. When stacked
a slightly better overall appearance than the winner, but did not move
as well in profile or going and coming as the winner and as they are
required to move when carrying out the function for which they were bred
the better moving dog won on the day. Would have liked to find
more strength of first and second thigh. |

Baby Puppy in Show
An excellent baby puppy,
with well angulated shoulders and equally as good length of lay
back of upper arm. Good fore and hindquarters moved
accordingly. Kept her topline when standing and moving.
Played up a bit, which I forgive in a baby puppy. |
2nd
- Graebrook Ariel
(Morgan)
An older puppy, at this stage a bigger pup than the winner.
Good type with a correct skull and foreface, correct
forequarters, but not as good in the hindquarters especially the
turn of stifle as the winner. |
| |
3rd -
Tanashka Maganyos Csoda
(Quinn)
Another good type of puppy with correct fore and
hindquarters, but was not as tight at elbow as I would like and
also moved too wide behind when moving, which affected her
topline. Pleasing head, correct body, good chest. |

Minor Puppy in Show
Beautiful type, with
wonderful reach and drive. Correct shaped skull and
foreface, good ears carried correctly a little back on the
skull. Correct slightly oval shaped eyes. Wonderful
hindquarters with correct turn of stifle. Topline rose
slightly to the loin when moving, hopefully will level out when
she matures. |
2nd
- Palaway Mon Bijou
(Macken & Hanney)
Good type in profile, but a little wide in front both when
standing and moving, a bit loose in elbow. Not as good in
the forequarter as the winner. Correct shaped skull and
foreface, with correct slightly oval shaped eyes. Good
tight skin and pigmentation. Again this puppy's topline
rose slightly to the hindquarters when moving, hopefully will
level out when she matures. |

3rd -
Vincentoria Vivienne
(Alderton)
Not as balanced as the two other placegetters, body was not
in balance with the rest of the puppy. Good head, eyes and
ears, correct dry skin. Good hindquarters. Did not
move as well as I would have liked. |

1st - Kimlise La Cygne (Hanney)
Good type overall with correct forequarters and good lay of
shoulder and upper arm. Upper and lower thigh long and
muscular. Good body with short croup, chest reaching the
elbow. Would like to see less dewlap. Good medium
length of neck, good oval feet. |
| |
2nd
- Hanafor Seintli Nina
(Leighton)
Good head, little too long in foreface which gave the
appearance that the skull and foreface were not wide enough.
Lacked both width and depth of chest. Fore and
hindquarters acceptable, moved well in all directions.
Topline good. Feet and pigment correct. |
| |
3rd -
Kenoz Bronzed Charm
(Butler)
Good type but let herself down in the hindquarters both when
standing and especially when moving. Lacked strength in
the hindquarters. Good head, expression and neck.
Good forequarters. Would like to have seen much more
animation. |

good type of bitch who showed well, correct height to length ratio,
slightly longer than height, therefore a well-balanced bitch.
Correct reach of neck flowing into well placed shoulders. Both
shoulders and upper arm correct angulation. Movement - good reach
would like to see slightly more drive behind. Correct skull and
foreface with good neck. |
2nd - Ch Belbartok Balad F Siena (Taylor)
Good type, correct head with pleasant arch and reach of neck.
Would like to see more strength of under jaw, in fact would like to see
slightly more bone overall, not as well balanced as the winner slightly
longer than required. Good movement coming toward you and in
profile. |

RUNNER-UP BEST
EXHIBIT IN SHOW
Very good height to length ratio, therefore correct balance.
Good skull and foreface, correct ear placement with fine
leather, slightly oval eyes. Chest reaching the elbows.
Moves around the ring with reach and drive maintaining her level
topline. Correct pastern short, straight with slight
slope. I would have preferred to see more strength and
musculation of the second thigh. |
2nd - Ch Gamecall Weatherby Viva (Hine)
Good head with correct wide nostrils and blunt muzzle and
tight lips. Good lay of shoulder and upper arm, not as
good in the pastern as the winner. Would like to see her
standing slightly closer in front forelegs, from elbows to
ground too wide. Did not move as well as the winner when
going away and did not maintain her topline when moving. |

BEST EXHIBIT IN SHOW
An excellent mature bitch with a good
skull and foreface. Correct dry moderately broad slightly
domed skull, with groove from stop to occiput, moderate stop.
Lips tight with wide nostrils. Correct set on of ears and
the correct slightly oval eyes. Correct height to length
ratio of slightly longer than height at withers. Gait -
moves around the ring correctly with plenty of drive and
maintaining her level topline. Very good hindquarters with
strong long first and second thighs. Correct short length
from hock to ground. |
2nd - Ch
Tanashka Osi Aggie
(Quinn)
Very well balanced bitch from tip of her nose to the tip of
her tail. Very good type overall, good skull and foreface,
correct ears with fine leather and set correctly a little
backwards. Good coat and correct tight skin. Very
good forequarters and forelegs correct oval feet with short
pasterns. Did not move as well as the winner in profile or
going away also lost her topline slightly when moving rising to
the loin. |
| |
3rd -
Ch Gamecall Weatherby Malika
(Hine)
Another very typical bitch, slightly long than the other two
placegetters. Good skull and foreface, correct medium
length of neck with good arch flowing into well placed withers
with a level topline both when standing and moving. Good
hindquarters. Would have preferred to see her have tighter
elbows. |

Best in Show and
Runner-up Best in Show
The first from the Open Bitch Class and the first from the
Australian Bred Bitch Class were my Best in Show and Runner-up
in Show respectively and were both excellent specimens of the
breed and a pleasure to judge. Both were correctly
balanced and moved with reach and drive. From reviewing
the Class in Show awards it would appear that the bitches on the
day were superior to the males in my opinion. |

Very good type well
balanced, moved correctly moving neither too close not too wide
when going away or coming towards you, maintained topline when
moving. Good and balanced head and skull. Good
forequarters. |
2nd
- Dual Ch Gamefinder Pyrotechnic (Turner)
Another good type overall, good forequarters, with good lay of
shoulder and length of upper arm. Good head and skull.
Topline not quite as good as the winner otherwise moved rather well in
all directions. |
|
|
|
3rd - Ch Tanashka Magus Lana (Quinn)
Very well balanced overall with a good head, but not as good as the
other two placegetters in the forequarters and hindquarters, therefore
did not move as required by the Standard, also did not maintain a level
topline when moving. |
